Aimee joined JWC Partners in 2018 after 20 years of business
experience advising executives and boards across several functional
areas, including finance, legal, marketing, strategy, and human
resources.
At JWC Partners, Aimee has focused on senior executive and board
recruiting across a broad range of industries including industrial
manufacturing, technology, and consumer packaged goods.
She began her career as a corporate lawyer in Los Angeles at
Sidley Austin with a focus on health care transactions and later
shifted to mergers and acquisitions and finance work in Silicon
Valley with Bingham McCutchen. Her advisory work was primarily for
public companies and spanned the technology, health care, and
manufacturing industries. She advised clients regarding equity
financing, corporate formations, reorganizations, spin-offs, joint
ventures and partnerships.
Aimee has been involved in recruitment and human resources
topics, including professional development and leadership, for the
past 20 years. Most recently, Aimee worked as a strategic
consultant to Chicago area organizations, concentrating on
corporate social responsibility, market positioning, and growth
opportunities.
Aimee received a JD from Northwestern University and a BA in
economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Aimee and her husband live in Evanston, Illinois with their two
children. She enjoys walking, swimming, and baking.
