Devi is an entrepreneurial business leader who has been involved in recruiting throughout her career for more than 20 years.  She joined JWC Partners with deep experience in the fields of education and retail.

Devi began her career in client service at Arthur Andersen in Chicago, transferring to the Singapore and Hong Kong offices to open the Litigation Services consulting practice in Asia.

Using her Asian experience, she was hired by Gap, Inc. to focus on international business development for The Gap brand.  As e-commerce became a mainstay, she moved to Online Business Development for Gap Online, which was one of the first apparel e-commerce sites.

With a passion for business education and talent development, Devi returned to the U.S. and co-founded APBM, an educational organization to develop curricula for business management certifications.  As technology-enabled learning shifted knowledge transfer from traditional classroom settings to on-line options, the company offered business education tools to corporations around the world for professional development.  Additionally, several top business school programs have used their products with admitted students for pre-certification.  Published in 2009, Devi is the author of What's Your MBA IQ?, a career development guide for managers.

Devi earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, graduating with Higher Honors in Accountancy.  She is a CPA and CBM.  Devi currently serves on the Admissions Board for Harvard Business School for outreach and evaluation of candidates worldwide.

Devi lives in the Chicagoland area, enjoys yoga, and makes time for Project Runway and Charlie Rose.
